Domenico Zampieri, known as Domenichino, was an Italian painter of the 17th century, belonging to the Baroque movement. He was known for his skill in representing human figures and for his use of light and color in his works. He was one of the leading exponents of the Bolognese school of painting and completed numerous works in Rome. His most famous works include "The Adoration of the Magi" and "The Flagellation of Saint Andrew".
