The museum's pièce de résistance is the Cuciniello Nativity Scene, a masterpiece of the Neapolitan tradition of recreating the scene from Christmas. It dates back to the 18th century and includes more than 200 figures, all with astonishingly refined costumes, jewels, and miniature items. It is displayed in a cave where the ancient Certosa kitchens once were.
