Keysergracht is the second most important canal in the historic center of Amsterdam. It is also nicknamed the "emperor's canal" and is lined with several 17th century bourgeois residences, some of which have been transformed into museums. One of them, the Van Loon Museum, is particularly interesting with its garden and its old stables.
