DUBAI FOUNTAIN, Dubai Fountain

Hi, my name’s Jill, and I’m your personal guide. Along with MyWoWo, I’d like to welcome you to one of the Wonders of the World: the Dubai Fountain.

The Dubai Fountain is a magnificent fountain system at the foot of the Burj Khalifa, in the Burj Khalifa Lake.

It was built by the Californian company WET Design, which also created the fountain of the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. It required a huge investment, but the result is truly superlative.

The artificial lake surrounding the fountain is marvelous in itself, with waters so crystal-clear it could be mistaken for a huge swimming pool. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to take a refreshing dip, but you can book a cruise lasting about half an hour aboard an abra, a typical boat of this area, and admire all the modern buildings around the lake....
