Twin Towers

The Twin Towers refer to the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City. These towers, known as World Trade Center 1 and World Trade Center 2, were built in the 1970s and became an icon of the city. However, on September 11, 2001, both skyscrapers were brought down in a tragic terrorist attack. The incident left a deep scar on the city and in the collective memory of the entire world.
