David Copperfield

David Copperfield, stage name of David Seth Kotkin, is an American illusionist born in New Jersey on September 16, 1956. From the age of 12, under the name "Davino, the Boy Magician," he displayed his passion for magic. His career evolved from classic repertoire to large-scale illusions, transforming the perception of magic. In addition to his television success, Copperfield founded Project Magic in 1982, a therapeutic program for hospitalized children. Recognized as the "Magician of the Millennium" in 2000, he also made headlines for his personal adeptness during a robbery in 2006. His legacy includes the purchase of "Musha Cay and the Islands of Copperfield Bay" and numerous achievements in the realms of magic, television, and philanthropy.
