Luca Giordano was an Italian painter born in 1634 in Italy and died in 1705. He is known for being one of the most important representatives of the Neapolitan school of painting. Giordano stood out for his technical skill and his ability to paint quickly and easily, earning him the nickname "Luca fa presto" (Luca paints fast). He executed numerous works in churches and palaces in Naples and other Italian cities, as well as in Spain, where he worked for the court of King Charles II. His paintings are characterized by their Baroque style, full of dynamism and movement.
