The Scaligero Bridge is a historic bridge in Verona, Italy. It is also known as the Castelvecchio Bridge, as it connects the homonymous castle with the opposite bank of the Adige River. It was built in the 14th century by order of Cangrande II della Scala, the lord of Verona at that time. The bridge has impressive architecture, with two large arches and a defensive tower in the center. It is considered one of the most outstanding examples of medieval architecture in Italy.
